Media Jasmin didn’t begin as an AI agency — it began long before that, rooted in human behavior, psychology, and over a decade of understanding why people take action… and why they don’t.
My career started in a very different world: working as a Recovery Coach while studying Women’s Studies and Psychology, then earning my Master’s in Social Work with the intention of becoming a therapist. I’ve always been fascinated with why people make decisions, how they behave, and what motivates them — long before I ever touched marketing or sales.
But life took a turn. After briefly working in sales — and quitting because I believed I “hated” it — I accidentally found myself building my first business, a freight company I launched with zero experience. To my surprise, it won first place in Houston’s LiftOff Business Plan Competition and opened doors to mentorship from successful businesswomen who pushed me into entrepreneurship in a way I never expected.
That momentum carried me into B2B sales, where I quickly rose to one of the top positions as an independent associate. It was during this period, combined with my personal development journey through programs like Landmark Forum, that I realized something important: I wasn’t bad at sales — I just needed to understand sales through the lens of psychology, empathy, and communication.
In 2017, my love for social media turned into the first version of Media Jasmin, a social media and lead generation agency with a team of 6 that grew quickly and produced viral results for personal brand, small businesses, and even global brands. From 2017 to 2022, I expanded my skill set from entrepreneurship and marketing into leadership, speaking engagements for SCORE, WBEA, and others, coaching entrepreneurs on digital marketing, building a bestselling consumer brand in the hemp space, earning awards, co-authoring a book, launching a Houston craft beverage bar, and so much more.
But like many founders, and during the peak of COVID-19 and everyone wanting/needing more marketing and leads for their businesses, I scaled faster than I systemized and I burned out by 2022.
So I stepped back.
Rebuilt.
Learned.
And returned stronger.
In 2023 and 2024, I stepped into corporate marketing at Halliburton — where I trained, led, and strategized on a global level. I sharpened my operational leadership and lead generation skills, was selected for Caltech business training, earned a corporate ICON award, and became known for solving complex problems with systems and strategy.
In early 2025, I was the Director of Social Media at a 150+ client digital marketing agency and was promoted to Director of Operations within four months — overseeing a 30+ team and optimizing processes and systems. And less than a year later, laid off - I call it my Personal Independence Day.
Honestly? Best thing that ever happened.
Because it pushed me back into my own business with a fresh pair of eyes… and a wild discovery:
For over 12 years I’ve realized businesses weren’t losing money because they didn’t have enough leads.
They were losing money because they weren’t following up on the leads they already had.
Databases filled with aged, “dead,” ghosted, unresponsive leads were actually goldmines — and no one was tapping into them in a systemized and process-oriented way.
So Media Jasmin evolved again.
Today, we combine AI-powered conversations through texts, modern marketing, and operational systems to turn forgotten leads into booked calls, clients, and revenue. We revive what businesses assume is lost.
